LITTLE TIGER (2 ~ 4 YEARS)

This is our Early Childhood Program. The concept for our Little Tiger class is FUN; a fun class based on respect and discipline. We strive to increase confidence with loud, respectful answers and board breaking. The belt system is different from the regular children’s program because we emphasize clarity and accuracy so all kids progress. Classes are 30 minutes; designed specifically to maintain focus during classes.

CHILDREN (5 ~ 10 YEARS)

What do parents wish for their children?

We all know the answer.  Parents want their children to live happy, healthy and successful lives. What do children need? Respect, good study habits, confidence, good social skills (team work), discipline and a great program of activities. That’s what we do!

Masters encourage positive answers from children, even if parents find it difficult to understand things they want their children to do, like eating healthy food as opposed to junk food, and choosing to do their homework without being told.  They also need proper exercise in a positive environment that helps promote good school performance.

 

The belt rank systemis different from regular children’s belt ranking systems because we want them to clearly learn their curriculums and improve their skills. We have 5 aims to develop: respect, humility, perseverance, self-control and honesty.

 

Everyday we work to develop and follow our 5 aims. TKD is good for their health and a positive mind.

TEENAGER(11 ~ 14 YEARS)

As we know, teenage years are very sensitive, but important in forming a successful life. We help our teenagers process the many difficult developments in their lives. When teenagers take TKD class, they experience:

 

  • Lower stress levels

  • Higher self esteem

  • Emotional satisfaction

  • Better concentration and focus

  • Increased energy

  • Improved muscle tone

  • A better social life

FAMILY CLASS

These days, we don’t have an opportunity to talk with family members because parents are busy and children have a lot of things they have to do. As a result, the relationship between family members can diminish. Families do not understand each other. TKD family class addresses that problem.

 

We build a common interest, develop teamwork with family members, and speak respectfully and naturally with each other during class. TKD also promotes a family’s healthy lifestyle.
